Working at Centrals

Centrals’ growing workforce consists of over 300 personnel Australia-wide, who represent a large cross section of multidisciplinary skills. As we grow, our team develops a deeper level of excellence through extensive training, personal development and their integral understanding of our internal systems and procedures. These are the key drivers that deliver quality and value to our clients and are represented consistently on all projects.

We put safety first above all else and are proud of the strong health and safety leadership culture that we have built since our inception. Our people work under a supportive leadership culture and robust internal quality systems. Our rigorous safety management system has been developed to ensure that our people return home safely each night.

Successful project delivery in our organisation comes from collaborating in a supportive and cohesive team environment. Our management staff follow our senior executive teams’ approach by leading from the front. We encourage our whole project team, from the office to site, to embrace the connection with each client and fully understand the end requirements of every project.

Centrals is committed to developing sustainable Indigenous capability on major Australian resource and infrastructure projects. We do this by establishing strong working relationships and developing trade, technical and management skills in our indigenous workforce. This enables our clients to support their own indigenous engagement objectives and positively contribute to developing local communities. We ensure on all projects that the appropriate native title procedures are followed, as well as the requirements of the NTA and AHAWA and any associated regulations and determinations.

Centrals’ head office is located in Osborne Park, Perth, Western Australia (WA) and we have operational offices and warehouse facilities in Bibra Lake and Newman, WA. Our workforce is either locally based or fly-in fly-out direct to site on project-specific cycles. Centrals offers the opportunity to live and work in one of the world’s most beautiful cities or in Australia’s most remarkable regional areas.
